  • troy loether: lead Pastor

    Married to: Stephanie

    Dad to: Tiara, Tianna, Chloe, Isaac, and Ephraim

    Troy received his BBA from the UW-Madison. Following a four-year career in the marketplace with Johnson Controls, Troy left to pursue his Masters of Divinity at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, which he completed in December of 2007. Both Troy and his wife Stephanie came to know Jesus Christ while in the context of authentic, relational discipleship groups and both have a passion for the transformation that can take place in these environments. Troy’s favorite pastime is spending time with other people, especially Stephanie and their five children. Troy enjoys being active and playing just about any sport. Troy and Stephanie care deeply for the people of our community, are excited to raise their children here and are blessed to see all that God is doing in the community.  

  • Ryan LaTour: JACKSON SITE PASTOR & PASTOR OF MISSIONAL LIVING

    Married to: Libby - Dad to: Myah and Benjamin

    Ryan LaTour is the Jackson Site Pastor and the Pastor of Missional Living for Kettlebrook. Ryan grew up in the Twin Cities and attended UW-La Crosse where he received his B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science teaching. After earning his Masters of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2004, Ryan and Libby moved to Milwaukee, WI to plant and pastor Mosaic Milwaukee Church. Ryan stayed in that role until joining the staff of Kettlebrook in January 2009. Ryan is passionate about helping people become Christ-followers who help others follow Christ, seeking to reflect the goodness of Jesus in all of life: work, marriage, parenting, relationships, finances. He’s been married to Libby since 1999 and they have two children: Myah and Benjamin. For fun, Ryan likes coaching sports, hunting, walks with his bride and time with friends. P.S. His wife likes the Packers.

  • mike: Associate Pastor

    Married to: Kara - Dad to: PJ, Maggie, Luke, and Matthew

    In 2005 Mike and a courageous group from Northbrook Church stepped out to help start Kettlebrook. Before this, Mike and his wife Kara lived for eight years in Irkutsk, Russia (Siberia) as church planters, where they helped start churches and encourage pastors in that area. Mike graduated from UW-Madison with a degree in business management and marketing. After completing a year internship at his home church in Brookfield, Wisconsin, he worked in the business world for several years while preparing to go overseas. Mike and Kara were married in 1994 and have four great kids. He enjoys biking, swimming, and running (occasionally he will do all three in a Triathlon). Mike loves West Bend and can't believe he gets to live the life he does!


  • kim mundinger: Pastor of Children's ministry and family Ministry

    Married to: Jay - Mom to: Jase, Sally, Charlie, Jack, Daniel and Lydia 

    Kim Mundinger is the Children’s Pastor. Her primary role is fostering the faith development of children Birth-Grade 5 and their families. She sincerely loves hanging out with kids and sharing the love of Jesus with them. Kim grew up in the Midwest (Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin) and graduated from Wheaton College with a BA degree in Elementary Education with a Learning Disabilities endorsement. She taught reading to Kindergarten –3rd graders for 3 years in Paducah, KY. After starting a family, Kim became a stay-at-home mom and taught preschool part-time for 2 years. Jay and Kim moved to West Bend in 1996 when Jay had a job transfer. Kim served in various roles in children’s ministry at the church they attended previous to Kettlebrook. Outside of Kettlebrook, Kim enjoys being a mom, walks with her husband, a good laugh with friends, and a good book.


  • david syzdek:  Youth ministry

    David Syzdek is the Youth Pastor for Kettlebrook Church.  David grew up around the suburbs of the Chicago land area and attended Harper College where he received an A.S. in Fire Science as well as a Paramedic license.  David had a job in a career fire department when he felt called to pursue ministry full time.  David grew up going to Camp Awana as a camper and now helps lead multiple ministries at Camp Awana.  David joined the Kettlebrook staff in 2015 in a part time position.  He also helps lead music worship at the gatherings on Sunday mornings.  David loves to connect with youth as well as lead people by striving to live out the Gospel.  He is engaged to be married to Sally in May 2018.  Outside of Kettlebrook, David loves to be outdoors camping, kayaking, rock climbing, hiking, and being involved in others' lives.

  • steve farina

    Steve and Martha Farina have lived in West Bend since 2013 and have attended Kettlebrook Church since 2015. Steve works as a general laborer at Cole Manufacturing in West Bend. Martha is a receptionist for Gardner - Schofield Chiropractic, also, in the city. The Farinas served for 20 years as cross-cultural missionaries in Central Europe.    Married for 32 years, Steve and Martha have 4 children, 2 sons-in-law, and 4 grandchildren. Their youngest child, Laurel, is a senior at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI. Anthony is a stable hand and lives at home. 


    Steve loves serving as the Connections and Care pastor at Kettlebrook almost as much as he enjoys serving in the children’s ministry. Martha passionately prays and loves to mentor and teach fellow pray-ers.

    Born and raised in West Bend, Scott, his wife Jeanne, and their children Julie, Nathan, and Jack have been a part of Kettlebrook since 2006.  Their family interests include: running, biking, pets, racing motorcycles, and sharing time with friends at their getaway in Northern Wisconsin.  They enjoy serving in the Kettlebrook family as: set-up team lead, ushers, facilities maintenance, and by leading a small group.  “Jeanne and I have considered it an honor for me to be able to serve as an Elder.  I am a leader by example and lessons learned from experience.  As a follower of Jesus, I love to help people grow in their relationship with God.”


    Scott is the Managing Broker for RE/MAX United in West Bend and enjoys most aspects of the real estate industry.  His community involvement includes: Past President of the Washington Board of Realtors and Common Sense Citizens of Washington County.  The family has a little brother, “Ruben” and have enjoyed supporting “Big Brothers and Sisters” and “Chix 4 a Cause.” They organize two annual motorcycle charity races in the community.  “I love to support organizations that provide a helping hand and for people to benefit through personal relationships.”
