Kettlebrook Leadership
-
Both Troy and his wife Stephanie came to know Jesus Christ while in the context of authentic, relational discipleship groups and both have a passion for the transformation that can take place in these environments. Troy’s favorite pastime is spending time with other people, especially Stephanie and their five children. Troy enjoys being active and playing just about any sport. Troy and Stephanie care deeply for the people of our community, love raising their kids here and are blessed to see all that God is doing in the community. Whether in his past career in the marketplace, in his neighborhood, playing basketball with friends, or as pastor, in all areas of Troy’s life, he seeks to point people to Jesus as the perfect image of our loving Father.

Bridget began to grow in her understanding of God through MOPS (Mothers of PreSchoolers). Just as other women came alongside her to give her insight about her identity as a woman, as a wife and a mother, Bridget seeks to come alongside others in authentic relationships where people can be real about life circumstances, struggles and questions about faith. Whether it be a Sunday morning children’s ministry group, a discipleship group or other relationship, Bridget desires for others to grow in their faith in order for them to experience the true peace of God.

Christian novales: director of music worship
married to: Melissa (2013)
Dad to: ronan, cole, and dario
Christian grew up in West Bend, WI. Son to first generation immigrants from the Philippines, he was taught from an early age the love of Jesus. His mother was a piano teacher and Christian began classical training in piano at the age of four. She also modeled how to use your talents to serve the Lord as she led worship and directed choirs. After the death of his mother, his life did not resemble the life of a Christian. God began to put people in his life that would slowly begin to bring Christian back to Him, beginning with his wife, Melissa. Christian began to realize that Jesus and the good news of the Gospel was what was missing in his life and dedicated his life back to the Lord, culminating in his baptism in 2020. Along with his love for Jesus, he also rediscovered his passion for music worship and discipling others through song. In his free time, Christian enjoys spending time with his three sons, Ronan, Cole & Dario, discipling youth involved in Torch, and playing basketball.
