Christmas Eve Offering

Montenegro: from tourism to food security

As is tradition at Kettlebrook, the Christmas Eve offering will be given to a REACH Global effort dedicated to reaching unreached areas of the world with the Good News of Jesus.

This year we have chosen to support an effort by American Christian business owners in the small, unreached European country of Montenegro. With over 50% of Montenegro’s GDP coming from tourism, this country, where deep economic struggles already exist, is facing economic collapse due to the effects covid 19 has had on its tourism industry Seeing the impending need, this family has pivoted from helping rural families host agri-tourists, to spearheading an effort (alongside of the US Embassy and other local not-for-profits) to provide garden towers to enable rural families to grow food as they face dire food shortages.

If you would like more information, please contact the church office at 262-365-0980 or info@kettlebrook.org.

Donate Online or at an upcoming gathering with a red envelope, available on site.

Thanks for meeting real needs while also bringing the Good News of Jesus to unreached people.
