Jen Ellefson

Director of Missional Training

Jen and her husband Mark, along with their two girls Ava and Grace, were one of our Global Mission Partners working in Burundi, Africa. They moved to West Bend in 2024 to start their non-profit, Partners International, which helps resource and train local Indigenous mission leaders across the developing world.

Jen grew up in the UK and followed God's call to mission by joining an inner-city church planting team. She spent six years on staff at St Thomas’ Church in Sheffield, UK, overseeing young adult discipleship, leadership development, and urban outreach programs, before moving to South Africa.

She lived in South Africa for 5 years as part of a church planting team in a local township. After which, she returned to the UK to complete her Master of Arts in Missiology and Development Studies from All Nations Christian College, UK.

Jen is passionate about training and developing missional leaders. She helped to launch a Mission Training School in Burundi to equip local Burundian leaders in mission. She loves to come alongside people to help them discover God's call upon their life.

She loves the outdoors, reading and English tea!
